Return Policy

We are extremely confident that you will love and enjoy your Street Tennis kit for many years to come, but if for any reason you do not wish to keep your purchase we will accept returns of all items in their original condition and packaging. Items returned in their original condition within a 30 day window are eligible for a full refund.

If your item is damaged, because we guarantee our kits will not break or get damaged, should anything happen to your PVC or metal net system, a new one will be sent to you once we received the damaged part, up to five years after receiving the kit.

Balls, nets and rackets are subject to regular wear and tear, and will only be replaced, if damaged or broken, within a 30 day window of receiving your order.

How to Return Merchandise

Our merchandise can be returned or exchanged in accordance with our above return policy. To return an item or send in a damaged part for exchange, use the contact form below to receive your prepaid postage, addressed to Street Tennis.

For all returns, within 30 days, write “Return” in the subject field and indicate the reason for return in the message box. For a damaged item to be exchanged, up to five years after purchase, write “Exchange” in the subject field and describe the damage.

Return Payment:

All returns or exchanges require the original receipt, received when the item was originally shipped, to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

When we receive your contact form, a prepaid shipping label will be sent, via email within 48 hours. Print and place the prepaid shipping label on your package and ship it back to us at the pre-printed address on that label. Keep the return tracking number for your records. Please allow 14 business days for receipt and processing of your returned merchandise. When the return is approved, we will issue a credit to the original payment method or we will send out the replacement item, depending on your request.

For returns, if you used a credit card to make your purchase, Street Tennis will remove the charge from your card and you should see the changes in several business days. If you used PayPal to make your purchase, the charge will be reimbursed to your account.

There are no additional shipping charges applied for exchanges.
